Michelle Caulk is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Commissioned Pastoral Counselor. She is Founder and Director of the Christian Counseling Center at MorningStar Church in Tampa, FL. Michelle has a passion for helping clients live their best lives in grace, hope and healing. She holds Master's degrees in Library and Information Science and Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. A native of the Midwest, Michelle relocated with her husband Jason to sunny Florida in 2007.
Austin has spent most of his 30+ year career in the manufacturing sector as a corporate sales executive, and more recently as a small business owner here in Central Florida. After receiving his B.S. from Clarkson University in Industrial Management and Marketing in 1980, Austin spent more than 20 years in the Detroit automotive industry working for various Tier 1 original equipment parts suppliers to GM, Ford, Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and other global car and truck manufacturers. In 2002, Austin and his wife of 27 years moved to the Tampa Bay area where they currently reside in Indian Shores. Austin was involved at the ownership level with two successful small business startups in both Orlando and Clearwater, in 2002 and 2010 respectively. After receiving his MBA from The University of South Florida in 2013, Austin has accepted a position with Custom Manufacturing and Engineering in Pinellas Park as their Commercial Sales Director.
Ruben Rivera is an 18 year veteran of the Telecommunications industry. In his current role as Client Solutions Executive with AT&T, Ruben is responsible for strategic revenue growth within a base of accounts that are among the largest AT&T customers in the Southeast Region. His expertise lies in emerging technologies and voice and data convergence. In 1991 Ruben received his undergraduate degree in Aviation Management from Dowling College in New York also earning his private pilots license that same year. In 2013 he received his MBA degree from the University of South Florida. Ruben is an active member of Grace Family Church where he volunteers as a youth group leader. He resides in North Tampa with his wife of 16 years and their 2 children.
Kennie Sims is with the Tampa Sports Authority, where he serves as the Vice President of Golf Operations. He is responsible for the daily operations and strategic planning for the three golf courses owned by the City of Tampa: Babe Zaharias, Rogers Park and Rocky Point. Collectively these operations generate $3.2 million annually and staff over 130 employees and volunteers.
Bob Woerner is a Financial Advisor with Ameriprise Financial in Tampa, FL. He works with people having a responsible mindset looking to ensure they are on track with their retirement, save money in taxes, and better manage their investments through financial planning. Bob attended the University of Maryland in 1985 - 1989 and completed his MBA at the University of South Florida in 2013. Bob and his family are proud volunteers of No Strings Attached since 2013.
